Fitness Tips For Lazy Girls For Running !!!!!!


That is true we all feel lazy when we start our routine for running . But we have too because its not only for our body today but will help in future . You will enjoy your life more and more if you follow the routine. It not only change your perception of life physically but mentally as well. Here, are few things you have to keep in mind while running.

Step 1 : Getting Up Early


Getting  up early is a must when you are planning to run . No excuses should be there . Dedication is the only way to achieve what you wanted. Don't quit even in your worse . Have rest when your body needs but don't break.

Step 2 : Warm up your body


This is must to warm up your body before you start running . If you haven't run for many years and eventually start running , this is will injure you then . So , before start running you have to indulge in some basic exercises for your legs because you need strong legs for running. If you are overweight then there might be the possibility that your legs are weak and not able to take your body weight. So , its better your should walk fast for at least one or two weeks and then start running and for overweight you have to loose some weight first by controlling your diet.

Step 3 : Control Your Diet 
 

You have to control your carbs first and have to determine whats wrong and whats right in your daily food intake . Say No to junk food because it take a minute to gain 100 calories from junk food but an hour to burn it . So, if you eat apt you have to workout less . Chew your food more you will be healthy for sure. Include raw fruits in your diet chart , so go to market and buy some fruits instead of chips packets and you will soon see the results as there is so much variety in fruits. Buy some big containers to store you diet stuff. Include dry fruits also.

 Step 4 : Buy A Gym Bag


Instead of buying lots and lots of bags for your college or office , buy one for running that will contain all your running or gym stuff . You don't have to mess up your wardrobe for it. Just carry it and you are ready .

Step 5 : Proper Outfit


It is a must when you start running , as otherwise you muscles would be weak if you are not wearing proper outfits. Buy some tight pants don't think much that you look fat in them but it actually shows you the really picture . Don't hide because then only you are able to cut it off.


Buy your favorite colors , there are so much of variety in them . In my upcoming articles will describe you more about them . It not only gain you interest towards exercise but also boost you up.

Step 6 : No Excuse , Involve Kids


There should be no excuse when you start running . Whether you are a mother or not . Involve everyone and make groups .


You can even exercise with your kids. While growing up this thing will eventually built in them and they will also enjoy the healthier life as well.

 Step 7 : Have Patience


 Have patience when you start running because its not a one day task or dream that you can achieve perfect body in a day . It will take time and your dedication towards it. And then see the results after sometime.

Step 8 : Share with Friends or Include them


Make groups or include you friends when running , then it will became an enjoyment instead of burden . Involve your partner , he or she always boost you up. If you have no company then also it is better because then your soul will always motivate you. Share your exercise routine with your friends so that you enjoy more and more.

Step 9 : Hydrate yourself


 Its very important that you hydrate yourself while running . Always carry a water bottle while running in your bag.

Step 10 : Have that Right Posture


You should need to be aware of the fact that what is the right posture for running. Always keep in mind that never run on hard surface and try to run on tracks if possible.

Step 11 : Take a Selfie And Clap for yourself


Take a selfie, and boost you up daily . You can notice the changes each day.
