Swimming !!! Beat the heat Experience !!!


Since my childhood, I always wanted to learn swimming but by somehow I didn't get a chance to swim and learn how to swim. I recently join the swimming session and trust me, girls, it the best thing to do in summers, it refreshes you and your body fully and full day you will feel refreshed. Its always good to learn things whenever you get a chance and for me, I always like learning new things in which I have an interest. Never think of your age as age is just a number. But consult to doctor if you are really that old. As it involves physical exercise. 



It the best cardio I have ever done, as I don't feel tired at all when I am doing the swimming. It's a one-hour session but I feel like I can swim full day or half. It's the best exercise for your body to as it helps in improving your heart and lungs as more content of oxygen you took while swimming. In many studies, it is considered to be better than running. And when you swim you automatically become a better runner.



Few experiences of mine I would like to share and a few things you need to take care while swimming:

1. Buy comfortable clothes for yourself, don't buy too fitted clothes as you will feel uncomfortable when you go out and if your clothes are comfortable you can swim anywhere and wherever you find a pool. 




2. Buy good goggles and a big cap too as the too tight cap is not good for girls with long hairs.




3. Rinse yourself before and after the pool or swimming, this is very important otherwise chlorine will be settled in your body, and you need to moisturize and hydrate yourself after in touch with chlorine water.







4. Take good care of your hairs as they are affected most while swimming, Use apple cider vinegar as a conditioner after hair wash, in one cup water mix two tsp of ACV. It will clean all your chemicals from your hair.



5. You can put oil into your hairs as well before going in the pool, use coconut or olive oil for that.



In swimming each day you learn new things, different styles, meet different people, gain new things from your young ones and one thing proved wrong here is that "There Is No Age For Learning New Things".
